Old Greyhound Terminal in New York Ave [#83]

Regular price $30.00 $0.00

The city of monuments wakes at dawn, and on New York Avenue, the old bus terminal stands elegantly with its art deco ebullience. For over a century, the landmark was the gateway to the city. During war times, the line to catch a bus would wrap around three sides of the block.

In the image, a sleepy citizen walks his dog before beginning his work day. This image is part of the series 'Postcards from Washington DC' that aims to represent the contrasting life in the capital.
